How are Papote pasta made?

We guarantee it, it's only water and flour. But with an elaborate and passionate manufacturing process... Everything happens at the Grandes Tuileries farm, in Sézanne, in the Marne. This is where we grow durum wheat and produce pasta. We are proud to produce Made in France! And it's not over, our Papote pasta in addition to being local they are:
- Agri-friendly: Our durum wheat is grown in agro-ecology to guarantee healthy and eco-responsible pasta. Jean-Baptiste practices soil conservation agriculture. It is an approach that capitalizes on the biological virtues of the soil, and which favors techniques that stimulate the natural defenses of crops and the use of natural solutions (maceration of plants, essential oils, for example). And if you have only one thing to remember, it is the benefits of its practices! When you choose Papote, you activate 3 levers for the environment: carbon sequestration to fight against the greenhouse effect, improvement of biodiversity, and soil protection.
- Eco-friendly: Our environmental footprint is important to us. Our agriculture captures carbon in the soil, a key lever in the fight against greenhouse gases. The Papote team would not be what it is without her, Caroline, the Papote designer. While JB sows his corn and his ideas, Caroline channels and analyzes. His nose sniffs the market, his ears are on standby. It tries to solve the mysterious equation of "eating better" to offer a real good product, good for our health, good for our planet and good in short.
