Our range of delicatessen products is an invitation to discover the flavors of our beautiful region, as well as the best recipes from our French culinary heritage. All our products are cooked with taste and authenticity by our chef Norbert Dusserre, who worked for many years as a chef in prestigious establishments in the Principality of Monaco, before running his own restaurant for more than 20 years. Its expertise allows us to enhance quality raw materials, selected from our local suppliers. All the ingredients for quality products, to be consumed without moderation!
