Since 1982, D’Artigues Foie Gras has been producing exceptional duck products in the heart of the Landes region. Founded by Didier d’Artigues, master craftsman, the company was built on solid traditional know-how, enriched by a constant desire for innovation.
Foie gras, confit, magret and emblematic specialties are prepared from IGP ducks from the Southwest, in collaboration with selected local producers. Each recipe is designed to preserve the authenticity of the flavors and guarantee a unique taste experience.
For several years the company has been recognized for the quality of its products, notably at the "Concours Général de Paris" and the "Concours Saveurs Nouvelle Aquitaine".
Today, driven by a new generation, the company continues its development while remaining true to its values and DNA.
