Maison Branche is a family team driven by a common passion for beautiful products and the promotion of French terroir.
 
Caterers for over 17 years, we launched our artisanal cannery in 2021 to offer the signature recipes of Maison Branche in the form of jars for every day!
 
Our terrines are today recognized by the greatest experts in our Gastronomy because all of our recipes have been awarded prizes in various competitions: Concours Général Agricole in 2024 for our superior country pâté, GOLD medals at the Concours National d' Avranches, Prize of Excellence at the National Championship, Silver medals at the Flower Competition and many others!

👨🏼‍🍳All the recipes for our terrines are developed by chef Rudy Branche with his childhood memories spent in his parents' restaurant.

🏆All of our recipes are nationally awarded.

🇫🇷Without any additives or preservatives, containing only quality and French products (except the Lardo di Colonnata which we get from our Italian neighbors) including spices from Maison Roellinger.

🫙DLC for 2 years and available in 200 grs and 350 grs.

🎯Our products are listed in 40 French delicatessens but we are not very present in the East of France. 

We are not listed in your city, which could give you exclusivity.

Our goal is to enhance French products, without artifice or additives, by revisiting our gastronomic tradition! 


Finally, in 2019, Rudy reconnected with his past as an oenologist and created La Branche, a tasting organic craft beer developed and brewed in our microbrewery in Charmont-sous-Barbuise. 

To go further in the eco-responsibility process, we approached another local microbrewery (in Marne) which is also a farm and which produces its own hops and malt in agroforestry and organic farming. 

It is now this malt and this 100% Champagne hops which are the first ingredients of our beers.

👨🏼‍🍳All the recipes for our beers are developed by Rudy Branche, a professional oenologist.

♻️Eco-responsibility is at the heart of our concerns. 

The malt that makes up our beers is grown in agroforestry and is certified organic. 

Some of the hops are also grown by the farm that produces the malt, it is also certified organic.

🍀All our beer recipes are labeled organic.

🌶️To spice up our beers we use the wonderful Roellinger Spices, from starred chef Olivier Roellinger. 

For example, we use Andaliman berries in our white beer and Tonka bean in our dark beer.

🍺We currently have 6 vintages, all available in 33 cl and 75 cl: Blanche, Blonde, Pils, Ambrée, Brune and Neipa
