Brasserie La Barbaude is two brothers, lovers of the world of beer, who decided to make it their profession in 2009.
So it’s a family craft brewery. Barbaude beers are produced on the premises in Nîmes, in an artisanal way and in accordance with brewing traditions.
Organic beers are neither filtered nor pasteurized, which allows all the flavor of yeasts, malts and hops to be found.
The beers are naturally cloudy because they are unfiltered. They have a slight yeast deposit at the bottom of the bottle (this is excellent for your health!).
They are free of preservatives and artificial colours.
The recipes are developed by the two brewers.
