Artisan brewer in love with craft beer, Mickaël set up his micro-brewery in August 2020 with the desire to treat and tell great stories through his artisanal and original beers: blond, brown, amber, revisited "OUAT style" with local products as much as possible – fruits, flowers, vegetables – or other “ephemeral” beers according to the seasons and inspirations. The secret ? Craftsmanship, natural ingredients... and lots of love!
