Brasserie Guihery opened in Anjou in early 2022. Damien, the creator, first imagined his recipes in his garage for several years before launching on a larger scale.
The beers are marketed under two different brands:

Griffe Brewing: bold beers, a distinct visual universe, and a resolutely craft approach. All in cans.
