Brasserie Berroise has been brewing since 2017 in its medieval village in the Nice hinterland. It's a passionate couple who embarked on this great adventure, constantly looking for new sensations. They brew the “Victorine” Range which aims to represent beers with character with alcohol levels starting at 7% vol. The lees at the bottom of the bottle are a guarantee of quality because it means that the beers are artisanal, 100% pure malt, without filtration and without preservatives.
