It is in the gorges of the Tarn near the famous eponymous river, on family and ancestral lands in Boyne in Aveyron, that Ludovic BOUVIALA and Eric PORTALIER launched their production of organic craft beers. When the time came to baptize the new creation of the Brasserie La Peyrelade, the symbol of the statue-menhirs appeared as obvious as it conveys the values sought: craftsmanship, love of the terroir, originality, identity... La Menhir' was born !
