Organic craft beer L’Aveyronnaise white – 33cl

Coat color between straw and blonde.                                        White, persistent foam.                                        Fine and lasting effervescence.  On the nose, hops bring notes of fruit and citrus as well as flowers.                                        The flavors are mainly focused on floral with rose and geranium, then touches of banana and orange prolong this pleasure.  To taste, the attack is intense with lemon followed by flowers and on the finish spices.  The mouthfeel is pleasant with medium carbonation and a body between medium and round.     Light and unfiltered.                                        It is 5%.     Tasting: Let yourself be tempted by less classic combinations: smoked sausage, terrines, meats in sauce, roast lamb, smoked and grilled fish, caramelized desserts, gingerbread, crème brulée.
