Coat color between soft and coppery.                                        White, caramel and persistent foam.                                        Fine and lasting effervescence.  On the nose, the hops bring notes of fruit and citrus while the malt reveals honey and fir.                                        The scents are complex, intense and very aromatic.  A fruity attack on the palate, the fruit extends this sweetness which ends with a slightly bitter cocoa.  The mouthfeel is pleasant with medium carbonation and a body between medium and round.     Light and unfiltered.                                        It is 5%.     Tasting: Let yourself be tempted by less classic combinations: smoked sausage, terrines, meats in sauce, roast lamb, smoked and grilled fish, caramelized desserts, gingerbread, crème brulée.
