Color of the coat between blonde and golden.                                        White, persistent foam.                                        Fine and lasting effervescence.  On the nose, the very present hops bring notes of fruit and citrus as well as cereals thanks to the malt.  With a sweet attack on the palate and notes of honey, the fruit prolongs this sweetness then finishes with a slight bitterness as well as citrus fruits.  The mouthfeel is pleasant with medium carbonation and a body between medium and round.     Light and unfiltered.                                        It is 5%.     Tasting: Let yourself be tempted by less classic combinations: smoked sausage, terrines, meats in sauce, roast lamb, smoked and grilled fish, caramelized desserts, gingerbread, crème brulée.
