Brasserie Bruel was born in 2017, created by a former sommelier. It exclusively produces beers aged in wood.
The brewery is independent and committed to producing quality drinks without compromising our environment.
Its tasting beers can be enjoyed around a gourmet meal or around a friendly aperitif!
Located in the southwest, near Bayonne, the Brasserie Bruel produces barrel-aged beers using local and organic raw materials. All breeding is carried out in our cellar, close to the ocean in Tarnos.
Several ranges are available:
-A classic range, composed of four beers aged in French oak wood.
- A premium range, made up of four beers aged for at least six months in barrels from the southwest (Armagnac, cognac, Jurançon, red wine) and packaged in "single casks".
- A “seasonal” range with four beers, one per season, often produced using mixed fermentation with whole local fruits.
- A range of natural beers, made from grape marc in spontaneous or natural fermentation.
