Cuvée Equinoxe 1.5L TAV 9%

The new Equinoxe vintage is made from a blend of beer matured in Jurançon barrels, red wine, Cognac and a strong beer which binds the blend together. The duration of breeding is between 12 and 24 months. A slightly acidic attack with beautiful notes of stone fruits which balance the whole; the finish is softer with aromas of roasting and grilled hazelnuts. It has an aging potential of around 5 years.
