
A beer made in a 400 liter barrel with the 2 new bottoms. A selection from the Bernard cooperage, partner of this cuvée. The sappy side of Cognac and oak bring tension and freshness to the mouth. The nose is on grapey notes, caramel and candied fruits. The palate is silky, tense and fresh with a creamy mousse. A beer that has body and power with a perfect balance. Composition: Blend of roasted and roasted malts. Varieties of ancestral hops. Aged for 4 months in a selected Cognac cask and 2 months in bottles. Three fermentations. The refermentation in bottles ensures a long conservation and a slow maturation of the aromas. Possibility of aging in bottles for a year or 2. Tasting temperature 10°C recommended.
