ORGANIC BLONDE BEER MOUSSTANG FINISH BARREL TEQUILA 33 CL

We took our Mousstang, “our customers' favorite beer”, which we aged for 4 months in a Tequila cask. The result: a powerful nose with notes of elderflower and exotic fruits. The palate is reminiscent of a fresh and herbaceous exotic liqueur. The finish is very long with woody notes. Composition: It's a secret! A blend of hops is used in dry hopping during fermentation, just for the aromas. Refermentation in the bottle ensures long preservation and slow maturation of the aromas. Three fermentations.
