LARGE RESERVE Our beers are carefully crafted, then matured exclusively in oak barrels that have contained Grand Vin de Bourgogne.   Giving each beer a unique personality. 

This meticulous process, combined with months of refining, guarantees incomparable organoleptic quality, sublimating the senses at every moment. Triple Grand Reserve: The golden, almost coppery color evokes the elegant and refined character of our creation.   A generous and persistent white foam crowns each glass, inviting you to a sensory tasting. 

On the nose, an olfactory symphony unfolds: a frank and woody bouquet mixed with delicate notes of Mirabelle plum, instantly transporting you to a sunny orchard.   In the mouth, the taste experience reveals itself in nuances. 

A captivating woody attack gives way to subtle aromas of red fruits, creating a perfect balance between robustness and delicacy.   The beautiful length on the palate prolongs this pleasure, leaving a memorable impression with each tasting.
