In 2015, when Quentin, Kevin and Sébastien created O’clock Brewing, the idea was clear: to surf on the different styles of beer and offer authentic products, rich in aroma and character. Now, with more than 140 recipes having come out of the brewery's vats, the original idea remains.
Thus, the team, which now consists of 8 people, now offers a very varied range of beer while maintaining a model strong in character and aroma. So many recipes that we love to offer at numerous bar events or beer festivals.
