It is part of the composition of hemoglobin in red blood cells and myoglobin in muscles. Actions: 1 - Participates in the normal metabolism of iron using vitamins A and B2 and in its normal transport using copper. Iron, copper, manganese, vitamins B2, B6, B12 and C participate in normal energy metabolism. 2 - Contributes to the formation of red blood cells and hemoglobin thanks to iron bisglycinate, to the formation of red blood cells with vitamins B6 and B12, to the normal formation of blood and to the growth of maternal tissues during the pregnancy thanks to vitamin B9. 3 - Contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system thanks to iron bisglycinate, copper, selenium, vitamins A, B6, B9, B12 and C. 4 - Helps protect cells against oxidative stress thanks to manganese, copper, selenium and vitamins B2 and C. Usage tips Feralim® is taken 15 minutes before lunch, with a glass of water. Optimal dose: 3 capsules per day, in 1 dose. Child under 10 years old: 1 capsule per day. For people who have difficulty swallowing the capsules, you can dilute their contents in a glass of water. Precautions for use: Not recommended for people suffering from illnesses resulting in abnormal accumulation of iron in the body. Not recommended for smokers (beta-carotene). Avoid consuming dairy products, coffee or tea during the meal after taking Feralim® because they prevent its assimilation.
