Pâté No. 13 Henry - Poultry Liver Pate with Port Wine, 180 g

Henry is the name of our latest pâté creation with chicken liver. In contrast to the well-known varieties, this liver pâté is fine-grained and therefore particularly tender and spreadable. For a particularly intense taste, the poultry liver is marinated in a strong port wine. How did the name "Henry" come about? By adding poultry liver, the image for the labels was found quickly, but the term "poultry" was too simple for us. So we did a little research and ended up with Henri IV (1594-1610: King of France). During his tenure, he ordered “I want every farmer to have a hen in the pot on Sunday.” We liked this story so much that Henri IV became our No. 13 Henry arose. A truly royal treat.
