GinCab - London Dry Gin Organic

GINCAB is a London Dry Gin, the result of a maceration of 9 botanicals in alcohol from organic farming and distilled in our authentic “iron” still. Juniper berry, pine and associated spices combine wonderfully to offer us a captivating bouquet with fine notes of citrus and undergrowth. Feet in the warm sand, inhaling the ocean spray in the shade of the pine trees, this is the Cabestan Spirit, our evocation of the South-West. This Gin won a gold medal at the Amphore 2024 international competition for organic products.
