We make our own Caramel recipe with Camargue fleur de sel harvested at the Salins du Midi in Aigues Mortes Shelf life of 6 months unopened sachet, once in candy box the rotation of the product is 10 days. You have the possibility of putting half of the 1 kg bag in a candy box and the rest of the bag in the fridge in order to have a faster rotation in the candy box and to keep the product longer. All our macaroons are certified ORGANIC, without Gluten, without Lactose and without Preservatives.
