SARL macaron de Provence is an organic artisanal biscuit factory specializing in the manufacture of old-fashioned macarons (without cream or ganache) resold under the roux house brand. We want to limit the amount of sugar to highlight the authentic flavors and tastes. Our products are organic, gluten-free, lactose-free and preservative-free. We offer two ranges: bulk and gourmet, we resell our products to organic, bulk and delicatessen stores.
