Discover our organic shortbread biscuits made according to the traditional Languedoc recipe without butter and therefore lactose-free! Historically in Languedoc and Provence butter is not present. The fat in recipes is provided by oil. Our T65 flour (unrefined) is produced by the Sauret mill present in Montpellier in the Aubes district since the year of our Lord 1146. The mill produces its flours from wheat from western Occitania. Certified organic products, Lactose-free, Preservative-free. Best before 8 months. HAS store dry and cool.
