Premium bulk macarons, 1kg bag (+/- 26 pieces) 6 month shelf life, 3x1kg boxes. We make our own recipe for Caramel with Camargue fleur de sel harvested at Salins du Midi in Aigues Mortes Expiry date of 6 months for unopened sachet, once in a candy box the product rotation is 10 days. You have the option of putting half of the 1 kg bag in a candy box and the rest of the bag in the fridge in order to have a faster rotation in the candy box and to keep the product for longer.
