This is the story of a commune on the island of Fleur, which encloses a small family factory wedged between green and blue. Le François, in Martinique, saw the birth of the small Pâtisserie du Levant, almost 14 years ago.
Today, we, the small team around the matriarch Man Gisèle, want to share their ancestral recipes with the world.
We did not wait for nice words like Sustainable Development, Responsible Approach,... to adopt healthy values in the production of products and our entrepreneurial spirit.
We are at the heart of nature, so what could be more natural than to use only products that have been least altered by the hand of man. Products therefore, without preservatives, and preferably without coloring agents.
