The MARCELINO acorn-fed Iberian chorizo is made following a completely handmade process. We use the highest quality lean meats and noble parts of the animal (prey, fan, lizard...). Stuffed in casing and cured for six months in natural cellars, it surprises with its soft aroma and intense flavor that will transport you to bygone times if you were lucky enough to participate in a traditional slaughter.
