Here you will find the fruity treats that you can buy in Hamburg, in our small but fine factory.
For us, everything revolves around fruits in the narrow and broad sense.
Since 2009, with a lot of experience and love for raw materials, we have been creating unique products that are second to none. Our berries, cherries, quinces and garlic come from the Altes Land. We source all other fruits from producers we know personally. We harvest and dry our herbs ourselves.
We take great care to ensure that our fruit purée vinegars, dressings, fruit spreads and sauces retain their original taste during preparation.
A fruit pulp vinegar should taste fruity and not like sugar. That’s why we make our fruit purees ourselves. We have purchased a wonderful French food mill just for this purpose. Our purees do not contain any seeds or nuts.
We do not use stabilizers, flavor enhancers or other additives that are widely used in the modern food industry.
With us you will find the highest quality, handmade, with love for the fruits and raw materials. This makes our products seductively delicious...
