Pinot Grigio Ramato 2023 - DOC Delle Venezie

Alcohol content 12.50% Soil type Clayey Grape variety: Pinot Grigio Average age of the vines 10 years Vinification: the grapes are destemmed and left to macerate on the skins for approximately 12 hours.   After pressing, the must is decanted and fermented at a controlled temperature with selected yeasts.   Aging: 6 months in stainless steel tanks, 2 months in the bottle Pairings: excellent aperitif goes very well with fish starters, delicate soups, vegetable creams and grilled fish. Serving temperature: 10-12°C
