I take great care of my family's olive trees in small terraced plots that have been passed down from generation to generation. I fight for an agriculture based on respect for the Earth, following the wisdom inherited from my elders. I make an Extra Virgin Olive Oil of three native varieties of the province of Alicante: Blanqueta, Alfafarenca and Mançanella. I do not use synthetic chemical products respecting the environment and biodiversity.
