Mango - reduced carbon footprint

Cultivated in a mountain garden, using a perennial polyculture system in the very heart of the canopy, and fertilized using compost from surrounding farms, our fruits are dried on site to reduce the carbon footprint. The special attention paid to drying allows the fruits to retain their nutritional value and all their flavor. Store away from moisture in an airtight container (jar, closed bag, etc.) & from light at room temperature (max. 25 ° C)
