Organic Maceron - Bulk Bucket 1 kg

TERRE SALINE organic maceron, also called marsh pepper, grows naturally on the Ile de Ré. We harvest it manually between July and August, on the swamp bumps. The flavors of maceron approach those of pepper. It is also used in the same way, ground on your culinary preparations.
