Dove ex-voto heart - Brass

Finely crafted by hand, this ex-voto heart is topped with a dove which symbolizes the Holy Spirit. Entirely in gold brass with a thickness of 0.3mm, this heart is cut and then embossed by hand by the artisan manufacturer. It is a perfect example of the centuries-old tradition of metalworking in Mexico, which was enriched by models and forms of religious art imported by the Spanish conquest.
