La Brisure de Truffle is made from the heart of the summer truffle, finely chopped and preserved in quality extra-virgin olive oil. It is ready to use to sublimate many recipes in the kitchen such as pasta, risotto, meat and fish. It excels particularly in poultry stuffing and for truffles in soft cheeses.
