Spaghetti alla guitar take their name from the tool used to prepare them, called "guitar"; it is precisely this tool that gives the pasta its typical square shape and porous consistency, which make it excellent for binding perfectly with the chosen seasoning. Valle del Crati durum wheat semolina pasta is handcrafted using only selected Italian grains; bronze drawn and dried at low temperatures, so as to maintain a high content of proteins and nutrients. Uses in the kitchen The rough and porous consistency of Spaghetti alla Chitarra makes them perfect with any type of seasoning, from the simplest traditional ones, such as garlic, oil and chilli pepper, to the more elaborate ones.
