This premium olive oil made from early harvest green olives is only available in a limited edition of a maximum of 300 liters per season.

The olive varieties Sperone di Gallo and Nocellara del Belice are responsible for the notes of green tomatoes. 

We grow these special olives between 400 and 800 meters above sea level in Molise.
