Inside it contains chia, poppy, sesame, flax and sunflower seeds. We recommend using it for direct and indirect doughs and with sourdough, with hydration between 60 and 70% and maturation up to 18/24 hours at a controlled temperature. INGREDIENTS Contains gluten naturally. May contain sesame. MATCH It is ideal for preparing large and small breads with cereals and seeds. Also excellent for rustic focaccias with an incomparable flavour. STORAGE Store in a cool, dry place away from light sources. Best before 3 - 6 months
