Our story began in 2016 in the middle of a wheat field, in the midst of threshing, with a camera and many dreams. That day, in a photo, we immortalized our future and that of 15 other farmers who had decided to believe in us and in a sustainable supply chain project, from the field to the counter. Agriculture, the fields, the land and the desire to put it at the center, finally making it the absolute protagonist in a business idea of a group of young boys.
Our mission was quite clear: to produce flour through sustainable cultivation of the fields, supported by research and scientific experimentation. The type of stone grinding that we have chosen was a direct consequence of the desire to have a product characterized by important aromas and flavours. We wanted to communicate all of this with a name that encapsulates the true meaning of the project: ViVa!
