We are looking for small, exclusively artisan agri-food laboratories of the highest quality throughout the country, which produce for us the best that their land can offer.  
The entire process is characterized by our careful supervision of both the techno-food processes and the scrupulous choice of raw materials.  
Only by fragmenting production across more than 30 laboratories spread throughout Italy can we guarantee maximum specialization for each type of product: tuna from Sicilian tuna fisheries, pasta from Gragnano pasta factories, tomatoes from Parma fields or from San Marzano from the Sarnese countryside Nocerino or from Pachino, olives from the Foggia olive groves or from western Liguria, honey from Tuscan hives, vegetables from Lombardy gardens, breadsticks from Piedmontese ovens, artichokes from Lazio harvests, pestos from Genoese mortars, capers from the rocks Pantelleria, the colatura of anchovies from the sea of ​​Cetara and many others.  
Gastronomie Italiane is therefore the art of Italian know-how, which is condensed into genuine products with an authentic taste. 
 
ITALIAN PRODUCTION: our selection of laboratories and raw materials is scrupulously carried out in Italy. 
 
DIRECT SUPPLY CHAIN: the artisan laboratories develop our recipes, therefore we guarantee the maximum quality of the transformation and distribution process from the harvest. 
 
RAW MATERIAL PROCESSED FROM FRESH: we process the raw material only once a year, that is when nature gives us its fruits in season, we do not take anything from the "preserved". 


OUTSIDE THE LARGE-SCALE DISTRIBUTION RETAILERS: None of our products enter or will ever enter any large-scale distribution. An ethical choice we don't want to give up.
