In the heart of Sardinia – between tradition and respect for the land
Terracuza is a small family-run business, born from the desire to revive ancient, abandoned olive groves. With patience and respect for nature, we grow olive trees on hilly terrain where the work is still entirely manual, as it was once done.
We produce extra virgin olive oil, pickled olives, and a simple olive spread. All our products are handpicked and handcrafted, following practices passed down through generations.
Our olive growing is a labor of love and dedication: our olive trees grow on steep slopes and dry-stone terraces, where machinery is not permitted. The olives are hand-selected and pressed within 8 hours of harvesting, to best preserve their aroma and quality. We collaborate with expert millers who combine artisanal expertise with modern technology. Over the years, our work has been recognized even beyond the island's borders.
In addition to oil, we also dedicate ourselves to beekeeping. Our bees live in a pristine environment, among the spontaneous plants of the Mediterranean scrub. From here, pure and intense monofloral honeys are born, which tell the story of our territory's biodiversity and bring with them the scents of the seasons.
Terracuza is first and foremost a deep connection with the earth. What we produce is born from this bond – without frills, with sincerity and passion.
