Alchimie di Circe is a search for balance between craftsmanship and excellence, it is sustainable cuisine, it is respect for the territory.
Alchimie is an artisan laboratory but also a natural farm with saffron, the Zafferano del Circeo, which was born in 2010 between the mountain and the sea, in the beautiful Circeo National Park, central-southern Italy.
In 2020, 10 years later, from father to son, the lab is added to agriculture, where we transform saffron and our fruit and wild herb crops.
After more than a year of experimentation we have learned that the farmer is also a cook, since he knows the ingredient better than anyone else, following it from the beginning in all its phases, from the field to the table.
This is how our product lines are born, innovative recipes, balance between taste and nutrition, in which the Italian culinary tradition, especially of our territory, is the source of inspiration.
Like the sorceress, who from the Circe Peak (the highest point of Monte Circeo) looks at our land, and our way of paying homage to her is to continue in the search for new crops or the rediscovery of the ancient ones on the ground, and new ones in the laboratory recipes, constantly evolving every day with the alchemy of nature.
