Passing through 3 generations of pastry chefs, technological progress and the frenzy of today's rhythms have not affected our mission: production and marketing of the best typical products of this small corner of lower Piedmont.
We are specialized in the production of unique chocolates, where the flavor of carefully selected liqueurs and the best dark chocolate blend together following traditional recipes that have been handed down for more than 100 years.
The artisan laboratory, the skill of the master pastry chefs, the skilful movements replicated thousands of times, the long times and the unique recipes are all elements that are found in the first, crunchy bite of these specialities.
To the chocolates, over the years, there have been a series of typical artisan products, biscuits, cakes, macaroons, spreadable creams, always produced respecting our values: family, tradition, territory and sweetness.
