The Frantoio Bartolomei was born towards the end of the nineteenth century from the strong bond that has always linked the family to the production of oil; before having its own oil mill in Montecchio, in fact, the Bartolomei family has introduced over time small technological revolutions that have allowed constant growth over time.
Today the management is entrusted to the brothers Carla, Rita and Pierluigi who, respecting the teachings received and with extreme passion, carry on the family work, directly following all the stages of production.
The company develops between Montecchio, a small village in the green heart of Italy, and Orvieto; optimal residence for the olive tree both for the perfect characteristics of the land and for the favorable southern exposure. Here our olive groves extend with the typical cultivars of Umbria: Moraiolo, Frantoio and Leccino.
The extraction process is entrusted to an extremely advanced plant, the "Molinova Serie Oro", capable of skilfully combining craftsmanship and innovation. Cold processing for a high-level quality of the finished product and a reduced ecological impact thanks to the extraction of kernels, a natural fuel. A jewel of precision, avant-garde and quality.
The bottling phase is also followed internally.
