Impastarci is a social cooperative that produces high quality dry pasta, bronze drawn and dried at low temperatures and slowly (16-24 hours) in static cells. Thus we obtain Pasta CARPANEA, with wholemeal flours of ancient grains, hemp and legumes. All products and raw materials are 100% Italian, single-variety and strictly BIO.
Our project was born with the social objective of job placement of women victims of violence. We operate and are partners of the N.A.Ve Project (Anti-trafficking Network for the Veneto here the link) http://www.progettonave.it funded by the Ministry of Equal Opportunities. With them we activate internships and in some cases, job placements in our small production reality. As you can see from the title, our motto is: "eat well, live well and do good", the cornerstone of our mission.

Pasta CARPANEA stands out not only for its specificity of flavors and organoleptic qualities, but also for its health characteristics: it has a lower glycemic index than other pastas, which is why it is particularly suitable for low-calorie diets; gluten proteins (except for legumes which do not contain them) are less elastic and to a lesser extent, therefore suitable for those who prefer a healthier diet low in gluten.
Those who have tried Pasta CARPANEA have given us positive feedback regarding its high digestibility, an effective state of well-being and its taste and it has also been rewarded by our consumers for its cooking speed.
With Margherito ancient wheat semolina and the addition of hemp flour, we have created a recipe that has given us many satisfactions: a pasta much loved by those who practice sports, highly proteinic with a vague hazelnut aftertaste, naturally low in sugar, salt and saturated fats, harmful to our health.
An alternative to the traditional durum wheat pasta is the CARPANEA legume pasta 100% legume flour, high in protein, gluten-free, therefore suitable for sportsmen, for those who love to stay healthy and - why not - given its colors, also for children . Only a legume, without chemical or natural thickeners, a pre-gelled flour to be able to give it shape and above all an adequate cooking resistance.


The ethical mission of the coop. Impastarci is also expressed in the choice of sources of credit and its suppliers that we choose with a careful evaluation through parameters that reflect the philosophy of our project.
We have chosen a bank in line with our thinking and way of interacting with the market: Banca Etica. A Cooperative Bank that promotes projects of social, cultural and environmental value, looking above all at people, a Bank with a moral and ethical rigor that should be the heritage of all Banks.
We care about people and our territory, and we believe it is important to make known the path that brings CARPANEA pasta to the table from the seed.
With the Crisafulli Mill (our supplier of flour as well as winner of the Canapa è 2020 award, as well as a producer attentive to biodiversity and sensitive to all natural agricultural practices that go beyond the organic certification of raw materials) a traceability project through geolocation is being studied of the production lot within the agro and up to our laboratory.
Finally, in the midst of so many daily commitments, a new project of the cooperative is about to be born, again in the name of CARPANEA, a project that involves the production of dried fruit. Project still in the pipeline and under development but we hope to start in September
