REMOVAL AND STORAGE The fully ripe and mostly shriveled grapes come exclusively from our Rotgipfler/Zierfandler sites in Pfaffstätten. After the very careful harvest, the grapes are gently processed by hand. In order to preserve the fruitiness typical of the variety and to guarantee drinking pleasure, this wine is aged exclusively in stainless steel tanks. Typical of our sweet wines is a rather higher acidity, which makes drinking a pleasure. A special feature of all Beerenauslese of the winery is the clear fruit tone, the delicacy and the elegant style.
