The process of thermal treatment is carried out at a lower temperature than the preparation of Acorn Coffee. Acorn Flour is: 🤎 healthy and nutritious, 🤎 100% natural/organic product. It contains carbohydrates, proteins, fats, sugar, sodium, tannin, 🤎gluten-free, 🤎 it is special flour, 🤎 suitable for the preparation of bakery products (bread, pancakes, muffins, cookies, etc.), that way replaces approximately up to 1/3 of usual flour with Acorn Flour.
