Ingenious ideas from the Augsburg Western Forests Nature Park.
In our distillery we use hand-picked fruits from the Zott fruit farm and distill them into fine distillates.
As early as 2002, we were able to incorporate and establish the distillery into the family business of Obsthof Zott. Katharina Zott, a doctor of oenology, has been managing the distillery since 2009 and has already won several coveted industry awards with her outstanding distillates.
We achieve the exceptional quality of the spirits, as well as their success, through quality-award-winning cultivation, the use of only fruit that has ripened on the tree and is harvested by hand, and careful selection before distillation.
In addition to our own fruits, we are always trying out new distillates, such as cucumber, organic juniper or bitter orange.
