Wild cod is caught in Icelandic waters, then carefully prepared by hand with a touch of salt and then smoked over beech wood. The oil in the box has not been added, it comes exclusively from the exudation of cod livers - ORIGIN: Iceland - Cod liver smoked with beech wood - No bitterness, exuded oil - Rödel & Fils Frères: fish cannery created more than a century and a half ago. You can enjoy them alone or accompanied by a green salad, as an aperitif with toast, enhanced with a touch of lemon and a few grains of pepper or Espelette pepper.
