Organic Amber Beer N°3 from Mercantour - 33cl bottle

Top-fermented amber beer, light and finely malted. The use of roasted malts gives Ambrée du Mercantour a red color. The numerous bubbles are fine and the foam, white and homogeneous, remains for a few millimeters. The nose is sweet and gives off notes of caramel and cumin. On the palate, the aromas of roasted malts are added to the notes of red fruits and biscuits. It offers a good balance between sweet flavors and a slight bitterness.
