MACCHERONCINI DI CAMPOFILONE IGP

Maccheroncini di Campofilone PGI are the typical product of Campofilone: they are very fine egg noodles that were used by the peasant families of the village, when they needed to store the large quantities of eggs produced by the hens reared in the courtyard. The eggs were then kneaded to make the dough which was dried and stored throughout the year. They are produced with fresh eggs and durum wheat semolina, all exclusively from the company's own supply chain, 100% Made in Marche. They are dried at very low temperatures and cook in just 2 minutes.
